We’ve laboured long and hard to gain knowledge and skills to be technically proficient, and because the digital world is continually changing we are continually learning.
In fact, it’s the very nature of this changing digital environment that defines our approach to customer service. We appreciate that digital concepts can be complex and it is our commitment to clear communication, our ability to interpret and explain concepts to our clients that underpins our reputation for providing great service.
Sure we can talk ‘technical’, but we prefer to simplify complex tasks and where possible demonstrate what we mean because we know that not everyone can ‘imagine’ the outcome of a digital concept. Put simply, we use language everyone can understand and at Ignite Digital Marketing we want our clients to be completely 110% happy, if it is at all possible to be happier than happy!
